At the bank’s recent Annual Meeting, President and Chief Executive Officer Joseph A. Coderre announced four promotions of current team members. Those promoted to Assistant Vice President were Elaine M. Stone, Lynn M. Greenhalge, Robert J. Landolina and Kris A. Cullen.
Elaine M. Stone has been with Savers Bank for 7 years and has been promoted to AVP Human Resources, where her responsibilities include employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, development and implementation of policies, and recruitment. Prior to this position, her roles at Savers Bank included HR Manager, HR Administrator and several years as a Senior Credit Analyst in the Commercial Loan department. She holds a BS in Business Administration from Worcester State College and attended the Massachusetts Bankers Association School of Commercial Lending. In the community, Stone is involved with the Annual United Way Day of Caring and the Meals on Wheels program.
Lynn M. Greenhalge and Robert J. Landolina have been promoted to the positions of AVP Credit Officer. Both held the title of Sr. Credit Analyst at the time of their promotion. Greenhalge has been with Savers bank for 29 years. Starting as a teller, she has held various roles such as Executive Assistant, Mortgage Underwriter/Originator, Commercial Lending Administration, Credit Analyst, and Senior Credit Analyst leading to her current role. She joined the commercial lending team at Savers Bank in 1995, is active in Women in Business and is a graduate of the New England School of Financial Studies and Commercial Lending School.
With more than 25 years banking experience, Landolina has been with Savers Bank for 2 years. He has held various positions throughout his career including Commercial Lending and Relationship Officer, Commercial Finance Field Auditor and Commercial Credit Analyst. In the community, he has coached local basketball and baseball teams and is an active volunteer at school and church events. He has a BS in Accounting, which he earned from Central Connecticut State University.
As AVP Credit Officers, Greenhalge and Landolina are responsible for the Bank’s Commercial Loan Department’s administrative duties and functions as they relate to portfolio support and management, loan quality, loan monitoring, credit policy administration, loan underwriting and executive and regulatory reporting.
Kris A. Cullen has been promoted to the position of AVP Marketing Manager. He joined the Savers Bank Team in October 2013 as Marketing Manager. He has 14 years of experience in the financial services industry and prior to Savers Bank, he was the Marketing Manager at GFA Federal Credit Union. He also previously held sales and service positions at Workers Credit Union. He holds a BS in Marketing from Nichols College. His responsibilities include development and execution of the bank’s marketing and communications programs.
