Two charged with attempting to cash fraudulent checks

Two individuals were charged by Dudley Police with attempting to cash fraudulent checks.  On Wednesday, September 25th, two male subjects entered the Webster Five Cents Savings Bank on West Main Street.  They attempted to cash checks that bank personnel determined to be fraudulent.  Both subjects left the location when police were called.  One party, later identified as Tequan Vail age 24 of Hartford, Ct, was located in the parki...
